The badge is not a guarantee, a recommendation or a rating of the quality or prices of the services or the company’s punctuality, nor a certification of its licences or professional competence.
Companies receive the “Verified ✓” badge and featured placement (the highlighted card and first place in a category) through a paid subscription. The order is based on the subscription, not on a quality rating.
Any agreement, dealing, payment or warranty is made directly between the user and the service provider. Daleel Albait is not a party to it and bears no responsibility for its results, including dealings with verified or featured companies.
We advise users to confirm the service details, price and warranty themselves, and to ask for a quotation, invoice or contract before work begins.
Daleel Albait may remove the “Verified ✓” badge or stop the featured placement of any company after repeated complaints or any breach of these terms.
You can report any problem with a company to the site management and we will review it, without this meaning that the site accepts any responsibility for the dealing.
